AC current sensor that outputs linear DC voltage/current.

A current sensor that converts alternating current into a linear DC voltage (0-10V) / current (4-20mA) and outputs it!

The "Current Sensor Transducer" is a sensor that combines a current transformer (CT) and a signal converter (transducer) into one unit. This single sensor outputs the load current as a DC signal, making it easy to monitor the status of fans, pumps, and other equipment. The current range can be selected via a switch, and a wide variety of models are available to meet diverse needs. 【Features】 1. Integrated current transformer (CT) and signal converter 2. Current range selectable via switch 3. A wide variety of models to meet various needs 4. Compact design allows for installation in existing equipment 5. Ideal for monitoring load trends and controlling motors *For more detailed specifications, please download the catalog or contact us directly. ★We are currently seeking sales agents. Feel free to get in touch!★

[Contract Development] Visualization of Electricity

Wireless transmission and reception of measurement data via WIFI (2.4GHz band)! Introducing our contracted development products.

We would like to introduce our commissioned development of "Power Visualization." Current on the system side of the distribution board (buy/sell electricity/generation) is measured using clamp CT sensors. By using voltage measurement cables that also supply power, we achieve highly accurate power measurement, and measurement data is transmitted wirelessly via WIFI (2.4GHz band). *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Use Case] Visualization of Electricity Consumption [Energy Saving / Carbon Neutral]

Accurate data recording by sensors! Introducing examples of visualizing electricity usage for each facility.

We will introduce a case where we used the AC current sensor from "ParaRecolectar" to identify neck equipment and reduce power costs. In measuring electricity usage, there were challenges such as a lack of manpower to conduct investigations and the high costs associated with introducing measuring devices. As a result of the implementation, we were able to see the trends in daily electricity usage and identify the time periods with high consumption. [Case Overview (Partial)] ■Challenges - Want to reduce electricity usage - Unable to narrow down countermeasure processes ■Implementation Method - Automatic measurement with retrofitted sensors *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

[Use Case] Detection of Drill Breakage Precursors [Failure Precaution Detection / Equipment Maintenance]

Constantly monitoring graphs! Introducing examples of reducing unexpected stoppages in production lines.

We would like to introduce a case where the AC current sensor from "ParaRecolectar" was used to detect signs of a drill breaking before it actually happened. In deep hole machining, drills were either replaced regularly or after they broke, leading to sudden equipment stoppages due to unexpected drill breakage. By applying this case, it becomes possible to detect different waveforms during normal operation and send a stop signal to the equipment, allowing it to be halted before the tool breaks. [Case Summary (Partial)] ■Challenges - We want to know the signs before the drill breaks in the machining equipment. - We want to prevent sudden equipment stoppages. ■Implementation Method - Measure the main spindle motor current of the machining equipment using an AC current sensor. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

[Use Case] Visualization of Power Consumption per Unit with Retrofitted Sensors [Energy Saving / Unit Consumption]

Reduction of entry errors! Introducing examples of visualizing electricity consumption by unit of equipment.

We will introduce a case where the AC current sensor and pulse input of "ParaRecolectar" were used to visualize electrical power with an add-on sensor. In measuring electrical power, the task of recording calculated results by operators had become a significant daily burden. As a result of the implementation, automatic measurement by the sensor became possible, leading to a reduction in labor hours for operators and the ability to identify bottlenecks. [Case Overview (Partial)] ■ Issues - Want to visualize electrical power per unit - Labor hours for aggregation are high - There are no sensors in the desired aggregation locations ■ Implementation Method - Automatic measurement with add-on sensors *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
